There is huge public interest in the Letby case, and hence the Thirwall Inquiry. Lady Justice Thirwall received submissions through counsel from all the parents asking for the inquiry to be live-streamed to the public at large. The NHS had no objection to this and the managers of COCH were neutral on it. But Thirwall blocked any hope of a livestream happening. Instead she wants any reporting on the inquiry to be an approved media construction site for the permitted narrative.
Far from caring about the parents, Thirwall bulldozes their wishes as if they are just a side show. People may remember the image she appeared to be attempting to portray at the opening of the inquiry, when she threw her toys out of the pram about those of us who believe Lucy is a scapegoat, claiming that somehow this was terribly upsetting for the parents. Funny then how she doesn’t give a toss about their wishes, patronisingly claiming it is in the parents’ best interests to keep the public in the dark. She alone is the font of all wisdom when it comes to the loss of these parents’ and how they can best manage their grief.
This kind of disempowerment of people really angers me. She claims this is not an affront to open justice, but that is exactly what it is. She is taxpayer funded and so is the NHS . People have a right to see what is going on in public hospitals and according to the principle of ‘open justice’ and the regime’s own rhetoric justice must be seen to be done. Secretive inquiries just create more distrust. The majority of the public who are never going to be approved or able to sit in the public gallery, are left with edited stuff - like little snapshots of recordings of evidence on podcasts set up by Daily Mail reporters who make their bias very clear from the start. People can read transcripts from the inquiry, but they are redacted. It takes time and effort to scan for the clues which hint at what they may have conveniently concealed.
I am not going to go into Thirwall’s excuses for banning any live-streaming , although people can read what she said in the ruling attached below, where I have highlighted the more interesting bits, illustrating the real wishes of the parents.
It is fairly routine to stream public inquiries. The Post Office one has been streamed to the public with three minute delay. The Scottish covid one is currently being streamed. More on that here Biology phenom - Scottish covid enquiry
Suffice to say, Thirwall had the power to open this up but she refused. This was against the wishes of the parents of the babies. Clearly the authorities have a lot to hide and none of this is about protecting the parents. In reality it is about protecting the interests of the ruling cult class themselves who have already gagged the parents of the babies from speaking out directly to the public and stopped them from revealing their identities should they want to. The result of this secrecy means that except for the few people approved to sit in the public gallery, the majority of people will get their information from the MSM. This is official sanctioned biased and redacted information thus creating a false picture of what has really gone on. Take for instance the BBC reporting on the Thirwall ban on a livestream here BBC bullshit which claims that the reason the parents wanted it livestreamed was just to quell conspiracy theories. But if you read the ruling posted above you can see that this was only a small part of their reasoning. A very significant part of the parents’ reasoning was they wanted open justice and public accountability for witnesses, yet the BBC and other MSM ignore this
Lady Thirwall has the following to say about ‘conspiracy theorists’
Searching for truth is not a characteristic of conspiracy theorists. Like those who promulgate fake news they search for information which supports their worldview.
Hate to burst your bubble ma Lady, but ‘conspiracy theorist’ is just a term cooked up by the CIA to discredit anyone who opposes the narrative. And to help you out ‘conspiracy’ just means ‘to breathe together’ ie. con aspire. That’s people talking to each other, you know socialising, which is, of course, what you lot tried to ban during lockdown. Not content with banning free speech, the cromwellian regime tried to ban speech altogether and even demonised singing.
As it happens, I do search for truths as far as is possible. However all of us are subject to confirmation bias and that includes you Thirwall. If you are so keen on truth, why are you concealing it and thus allowing the newspapers to distort it? In case you don’t know, there is an argument to say that doctors and consultants might, in future, think twice about covering up their errors and instead document them, if they thought their failure to do this might end up in the spotlight. Same applies to management. Such transparency might even mean an improvement in the NHS.
Lucy Letby’s new lawyer, Mark McDonald is banned from the inquiry also, for no good reason. Apparently it would disrupt things. Of course, it would shine a light which is the last thing Thirwall and her puppet masters want.
As Louis Brandeis , a former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the US one pointed out
Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants.
When telling someone that Lucy's mugshot was airbrushed to make her look like a murderer and this is can be proved at any time by comparing it to its original image with which it lines up perfectly, I was told this is a 'conspiracy theory'. Thanks for this interesting article which illustrates one of the many paradoxes of this Thirlwall inquiry
