Yes, his photo clearly looks photoshopped and produced to give a demonic appearance. The lighting is a give-away.
The video interview with window cleaner hero has a number of jarring cuts to close-ups of his hands or odd angles and why are we seeing this other person? Possibly this interview has been made to look like it is one continuous recording when in fact it is put together from a number of different takes with these cutaway shots used to conceal the ‘jump cuts’. That is a common technique in video making which has been done very badly here, actually it is quite amateurish and surprising given that the main camera appears to have been set on a tripod or otherwise stabilised.
yeh I don't know about you, but with me I get this immediate sense when something is off with the narrative. THey really aren't very good liars but they get away with it because they scare people into submission. Glad you agree that the picture of Rudakabana has been messed with. No way is that a normal mugshot. The symbolism they are throwing out with the narrative is very telling ...
I do not have much in the way of esoteric insights ( but do not deny that they could be relevant). I am, however, sure that any society that creates an unfriendly atmosphere for certain groups of people , might be laying the foundations for future unrest. A collective store of resentment, hatred and envy is a carbuncle waiting to erupt.

His Mug shot is fake, you would have to retake if he looked like that, it has to be like a PASSPORT IMAGE. Also his skin is made of computer pixels, not flesh.
The picture used for post looks like computer composite of Swifty TAY & GERI from Spice Girls! 😅🤔😶 I like highlight on her nose that looks like pimple that has freshly burst.
